“Please… Someone make the government red tape go away. The whole ACA, aka Obamacare, is beginning to change the staffing landscape in western Ohio. Staffing companies here are offering a new “Direct Hire” scenario in an attempt to circumvent the ACA law. This Direct Hire scenario also removes the agency’s liability to Ohio’s state run BWC and their District Court proven extortion of excessive premiums. What will tomorrow bring?”
