Electrical Assembly

Build your career here! An Anna Manufacturer is in need of several 1stshift Electrical Assembly positions @ $18-$23 per hour, based on experience. These 6 AM-2:30 PM, Assembly E-Tech positions will produce electrical control panels, junction boxes and some wiring harnesses from prints and schematics for industrial applications.

Duties:

• Blueprint/Schematic Reading.
• Crimping, Soldering, Splicing, Solder Sleeve, & Connector Insertion.
• Potting electrical components
• Cabling (bundle/wrap/tie).
• Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures.
• Routing and building of wire cables neatly to meet wiring standards.
• Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLC’s, I/O Modules, VFD’s and Instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot panels as needed.
• Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.
• Communicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

• A Valid Driver’s License
• Your own Transportation
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Background
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of Electrical Assembly experience REQUIRED
• Able to read a tape measure
• Trade/Technical school attendance a Plus
• Ability to understand and work from schematics and blueprints
• A high standard of quality and attention to detail
• Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology
