General Labor / Production

High volume Commercial Manufacturer has Day or Night shift openings for General Labor Production workers up to $17.50-$18.00 per hour.

This a smart, 10-Hour, four day work week.

(Job includes a weekly, Attendance Bonus of an additional $2.50 per hour, which is an extra $100 per week. With this bonus, your pay is up to 18.00 per hour, if you put your time in.)

Workers will inspect materials, load and unload production line, perform final inspection, and pack products.

Four Tens: Day shift hours is 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Night shift being 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

No Experience Necessary

Duties:

• Verify, prepare, or clean part surfaces as required. (i.e. cleaning, sanding, etc).
• Assess part configuration to identify appropriate racking method.
• Hanging and loading parts on production line.
• Perform inspection and testing to verify part compliance to contract requirements.
• Perform and document any rework operations when applicable.
• Remove completed product from racks using good handling practices.
• Remove masking from parts as applicable.
• Perform and record drying or curing in accordance with work instructions.
• Packing parts for shipment.
• Maintain a Clean & Safe Work Area.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Your Own Transportation
• A Home Phone or Cell
• Clean Background with No Felony Conviction
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
• One year of Previous Manufacturing Experience required
• Strong & Continuous Work History required
• A Physical job in an assembly-line, standing position.
• Must be able to Lift up to 15-20 pounds Frequently.
